Wow!  You have been one busy lady!
I predict good sales 👍👍

Joe,  Some of the stuff is a few years old.  If it doesn't sell, it gets put back in the box for next time!  I made the Word in Word Christmas signs were cut in 2016!!

I'm of the same mind - I've been holding onto a couple items from when I started.  Funny, just when I think some of the things in the past would never sell, someone comes along and proves me wrong.  So, I'll keep holding on, waiting for the right person. 😉

I have experienced the same thing selling online. I had some listings that got views and didn't sell for several years, and one day, one person bought three of them and came back later for one more.

I know this is a little premature, but let us know how it goes.  :)

Have you considered "freshening up" those items that haven't sold? Such as; changing the hanger cord to a more festive color or using a ribbon instead of a cord, adding color to the "merry" and the holly details.

It took me 3 years to sell the napkin holder (flamingo dance), and it drove me nuts. And I changed the color of the napkins every so often. Napkin holder are in the "do not cut" list now. People complimented me on it, but three years! Really?

Sale is done.  Did about $50 more than last year's sales.  At least one piece "walked away".  Possibly another one as well.  I don't keep an inventory per say, but I do know how many of an item I put out.  I also don't write down what is sold so it it possible that hubby sold the other one and he just doesn't remember.  Again, none of the word in word signs sold.  I will try changing the hanger cords (as Wichman suggests), although they are already "festive colours!

Are you talking about these type napkin holders? I am in the same boat with them. I even give the customer a choice of colors they want. I carry alot of colors. But few sales and have had these for about the same time as yours. had other projects older than that too.
