Segmentation pattern

Good day everyone just looking for a bit of information right now. But curious if there is anyone on here that can make a segmentation pattern from a photo?  Thanks.

Here's the picture I need done as a segmentation pattern. It as to fit in a 11 inch circle.

It doesn't have to be perfect but know means just a good representation of it. Thanks

Any segmentation I have done I just downloaded/printed the picture and that was my pattern.
