I've really enjoyed Jerry's cartoons but noticed he hasn't posted anything for a long long time.  Has anyone heard from him?

He messaged me a couple of months ago to tell me he's on Facebook and has gotten interested in drones. He told me that Coffee House got to be more Wordle than fun. I have to agree.

As a Wordler, I am sorry that anyone feels that way.  I tended to just pass over Jerry1939's "funnies" because most of them didn't strike me as funny.   Our Wordle post is one post a day, same as Jerry's funnies were.

I also regret that others feel that way.  We need more other / non-Wordle posts.

I'm not into Wordle however I don't find them to be an annoyance. I did enjoy Jerry's funnies and miss them.

I miss the cartoons. However I am glad Jerry just got tired of doing them rather than a more ominous reason.

Good to learn that Jerry is okay. I too miss his cartoons. As I’m doing very little scrolling these days his weekly ‘toons are what kept me coming back to the village.

Oh my, we have to be offended nowadays. I do not do the wordle thing.  No problem, I just scroll on by.  They are not mandatory.  Come on back Jerry, I do like jokes and I do miss yours and you!

I am also a wordle player and I was taken aback by the wordle comment. I get great joy from doing the wordle game, posting it here and seeing how others have done.

I am not a wordie person, but i feel that's fine for those that enjoy it, it's like crosswords it will help you to think and keep our old mines working, do miss the jokes though, RJ

Alive and kicking.  Had 2 major heart attacks, 7 stents, 6 days in ICU & $175,000 later am still as ornery as ever.  Gave all woodworking tools to a talented son.

I post about 20 cartoons a day on Facebook, under the name Jerry Herold.  There are a few of us with that name.  Our page Has Audrey & I in the foreground and a Family photo in the background, in front of a Church.

Am Documenting drone photos of the addition to our Church.
