Recently my niece gave birth too her first child....a baby boy

I've been  racking my brains,trying too come up with something  too make as a gift too her,something  small.has anyone  any ideas or suggestions

This is not my picture as I can't find the one I did for my nephew.  All sorts of stuff in the gift basket but this is the one that got most attention.

If you want to give me the name and year I will send you the pattern.

 

I think anything with the name on it is a good gift.

Don beat me too it, but I was going to suggest the same type of thing. A Christmas tree ornament with the baby’s name and birth date on it. They would always be a welcomed gift by a mother.

I saw a wonderful concept on FB recently. Take a pattern of a baby carriage, expand the bottom, Drill or cut 1/2" holes in a row underneath the carriage, add a base. Strongarm the friends and relatives to donate some $$ bills, roll and stuff the holes with the bills.  Add text or other graphics as you desire.

Steve Good has a stork pattern that would work for this. Search "baby".

Not a problem.  It is actually a Steve Good pattern that I modified.  If you send me the name I can do   If you want with out name just let me know.

Over the years I made these photo stands and they did well. It was a Rick Longabough pattern. But any sort of photo ornament or stand would work nice.

Oohh,, that is nice!   Thank you very much Don!  How many days until Christmas??!!  Not sure I can wait that long to give it to them.  LOL
