Key chain maker

I am trying to use Steve good online keychain maker for Mac 

I put in the name and then try to save download and it gives me fatal error and other stuff 

am I missing something or did something happen that it isn’t working at the moment  I have used it a few times with no trouble

As far as I know the keychain maker is a downloadable application that you run on your local device. Steve's programs only run on Windows. I just tried a test run on my Windows 11 machine and everything worked. To save a file for later use or adjustment I use the following :

After opening the program and setting everything up, then

click on the printer icon > in the print dialogue box click on the arrow of printer name > select "Microsoft print to .pdf" > click on "ok" > in the save dialogue box, choose your folder and file name, then click "save".

I am using the online keychain maker cause I’m on a Mac and I used it befor with no trouble just this time it did not work

When I visit Steve's website there is not an online option, it is possible to have various flavors for different OS's and even browsers ( my phine shows a different site until I select "view web version" ), sorry that I can't help you, maybe next time.

Hi Tom:
Your best bet would be to email Steve Good himself and run this by him
He may reply, I know he doesn't always reply
Put something like "URGENT HELP NEEDED"
I'm not a Mac user so this is all I can suggest

I have checked an the link https://www.stevedgood.com/stencil/  works on Window machine.

OR . check to see if your computer has mychain.otf or mychain.ttf  if so you can use any word processor or Inkscape to generate keychains.  period starts the chain and slash ends it.  I use 90 point type.

If not, you can do in Inkscape if you are so inclined.  Here is my svg that I use when I do not want to use the Arial heavy font.  Let my know if this is okay and I can provide more instructions.

Or as last resort do as FAB4 says.  You may not get and answer but check in a couple of days to see if fixed. 

PS:  I do a lot of keychains (just finished Christmas order of 60 chains) so I tend not to use the individual keychain maker when doing multiples at a time.

I am getting nowhere with Inkscape is why I’m trying to use the one online

Do you know of a video online to use Inkscape for keychain and name plates both those fonts I like but can’t find them in my Inkscape how can I download load them to a Mac
