That is really nice Dick.  I'm sure your granddaughter will be very pleased with it.  In my younger years my wife and I would attend the National Western Stock show, and the crowd would really cheer on the barrel racers.  Was always exciting.

Thank you so much for the nice compliment. A couple of members found the pattern maker and I am going to attempt to contact her and see if she wants money to share her pattern.  I sure enjoy the barrel racers at the fairs and I am absolutely blown away that my great grander was barrel racing before she was 5 years old and she did a fabulous job at it too. She went hard and fast.

Nice, excellent cutting, RJ

Thank you once more for your nice pat on my back. I am not certain how much longer I will continue to try and cut things as I am getting pretty elderly and I noticed I am unable to stay in my shop nearly as long as I used to.

Oh, no doubt, she may not like it she will love it!

I am in hopes that she does at least like it. She sent me a photo of another pattern but I did not think it was very cuttable and I worked several hours try to make it where I could cut it but after over 5 hours on Inkscape I finally reach a point to where I thought I could cut it and when I printed it out, I discovered that it would still need to be printed quite large to do so. That was when I started looking of another pattern and found this one and just too a step at it instead

Another fabulous gift from Great - great grandfather.

Actually it is really not for her but she wants it so she can give it to a friend of hers. So once again, I do hope she likes it enough that she will not be unhappy with it and still think it is good enough to gift it. I enjoy you fun reply though, Thank you so much

A very bice project and framed too!

I have more recently decided to make frames for the majority of my scrolling unless I think a particular project does not call for the need of one.

Thank you for your nice comment

We recently went to a Rodeo. They had barrel races.
Your great granddaughter is 5 (five) years old?
great cutting!

She has been riding horses since she was 2 years old and started barrel racing at 4 1/2 years old. She rides her own horses with her family as they tend their cows or just ride for pleasure. She is truly an amazing little girl. Her mother is the same way, she started riding at a very young age too.
