Grew up in Oklahoma, currently living in NW Arkansas.  Various types of wood working experience from wood shop in 9th grade to building a 10x20' work shop.  Currently building walking/hiking sticks, self bows, raised beds for gardening out of first cut cedar.  Various types of scroll work depending on tips my fancy.  Do have a scroll saw (homemade) with oak arks, table and 1/4hp belt drive motor I acquired from a friend.

Welcome aboard.  If you get into serious scrolling  you  will want to upgrade to a newerer saw.  That one only takes pinned blades.  You cannot do fine fretwork with it.  But may be suficient for what you plan on cutting with it.
