What a great idea! Thanks for sharing that. I just finished cutting out some really small letters for a compass rose and was worried about them breaking up. They came out OK, but next time I'll use the superglue for a little added extra piece of mind. Wichman 1 Quote

Tomorrow I'll clean the residue off and use a grey wash on the wood, let dry and use glitter paint to highlight the details. I'll use a sliver mirror paper for a backer and I should be done. No, when I realized the pupil would be very weak, I turned the piece over and applied a drop to the pupil, after cutting it. When I looked at the rest of the eye I applied the superglue, just on that area, before I cut it. I had to use fingernail polish remover to the paper around the pupil in order to get the pattern off the pupil without breaking it. I added the backer, in part, to strengthen these delicate areas. barb.j.enders 1 Quote
