Finally Done

I started this horse shelf for my wife back in April but do to family situations I was not able to be in the shop any all spring and summer. I finally got to get back to the shop a couple of weeks ago. This is a pattern purchased from the Wooden Teddy Bear. This has been the hardest project I have done. It is made out of 3/4 inch oak and stained with golden oak with 5 coats of spray poly. There is some mistakes in it put I was pleased with the way it turned out. The wife really likes it so that is what counts. Thanks for looking....Mark

  Making something as nice as this is for the wife is wonderful for your marriage relationship. It makes you feel happy to make something that pleases her at the same time makes her feel loved. Way better than a bouquet of flowers or candy.

 

Great job, Keep active and post your work often, that makes us feel special too
