  1. I tried, not as good as bob
  2. Here is everything i asked of Bob, now just to spray them when the stain dries. Coming up with ideas to hang them is becoming a problem...so many ideas. I have to consult with the wife. I may have to bother Bob again for a header pattern. The duplicates (Tennessee and Michigan) are for my niece and nephew. The California is for my son.
  3. Actually love it there in the off season. We stay at the Osprey Motel on Front Beach
  4. Here is a re-cut of Tennessee, my wife didn't like the darker version. Michigan and California over the next couple of days, weather permitting, kinda chilly here in Beech Grove, Indiana.
  5. Lol... We don't travel a lot, these aren't that big (10.5" x 2.5" ) either. She wants to go to Jamaica and Hawaii. Most of the time we go on vacation is to Panama City Beach, Florida. We have a good spot on the wall for these also. If it gets too big, I can place them in strategic spots throughout the room.

  7. Thank you all for the nice comments !! I have to laugh so I don't get mad, but my wife does not like the Tennessee plaque. She doesn't like how dark it is. Ihave to re cut it...lol. I chose that wood because it looked smoky. I used the wood to try to make it scenic, and most of them are beach themed. I tried to place the dark grains to resemble water.
  8. Places we have vacationed. THANK YOU BOBSCROLL!!! Surgery recovery therapy...lol
  9. While recovering from Torn Rotator Cuff surgery, I made this for my son's electronic devices. Mostly done with just my left hand and a little help from him. Comments as always. Good to be out in the garage again after so long!!
  10. Wayne, I finally got him to agree to just do this pattern. I had no trouble with it, UNTIL literally 3 seconds from completion, and it blew apart when I cut the rings. Luckily I was able to react quickly and stopped the saw. After I have it to him. He told me that they were waiting until a further date to get married. Go Figure! Now I have to insert a plug with the new date. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME. sorry for the late posts and reply, Ben busy at work and was ill for quite some time
  11. Wayne, He likes the way it is but, he doesn't like the font. He didn't give any suggestions on what style, (he's ignorant to the fact of styles), he would like to see a few more choices. Sorry for the trouble. Thanks again.
  12. They want a rustic type off frame, so the font would have to be along that line. I did forget names and date. So - incorporated into that pattern would be - Justin & Kayla 9/01/2018 Thanks for that
