  15. I came close once. I was milling picture frame stock on the table saw, ( I had seen a method and HEY THAT LOOKS COOL ) I ran the piece through with no trouble. Turned off the saw. Then while checking the piece - out of the corner of my eye, I saw movement on the table top. Blade Still Running (quietly). I reached over to grab it and my fingers grazed the top of the spinning blade, went through my fingernails and took the top layers of skin off of my index finger. Scared me bad enough and made me kind of sick . I told myself to get out there Now and just cut scraps . ( I got Back on the horse ). Now it mostly sits in the corner as a collect all table
  16. Have you tried a rubbing of the shelf, i have done this to a few patterns. lay a piece of paper over the original and rub it out with your finger then do a light pencil rub where you see the edges. depending on the size of all the fretwork this may work in a pinch Tha'ts the best I have at this time!

  18. was just looking for something different- probably will paint black
  19. Thanks, But i thought the pattern was kind of wompy ( i wear a jewelers visor when I cut and the lines to me seemed wavy ) ( a close up would show it, ) I still Like it Though!!!

  21. The sign is for our HR Payroll lady who is retiring after 25 yrs. ( The wood is from the same board as my Mexico sign - the dark is the other end of that piece ) The Cross is from Steve Good and just looked cool to cut ( it is unfinished - still need to cut base and finish ) The Wizard Of Oz silhouettes are just from surfing the web for something cool. If you want to know where Toto is - he's in the basket
  22. There Is NO Way A Sign Like That Is Going To Be Rejected - If It Is - Then she Is BLIND BLIND I SAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  25. I knew I had the grain in the wood, but, I didn't think it would be in the perfect place and look like a beach.
