  1. No a/c just a big fan and with the side door and roll up door open I get air circulating through the garage which makes it bearable to work. If it gets too hot I wait until the early evening hours to go out to the garage as that is the time it starts to cool off. Mike

  8. thank you Kevin, Yes I did build the clock in the corner, I have made quite a few clocks. I love my Hegner 18V which I purchased over 20 years ago. it cost me around $1200.00 at that time. I have never had a problem with it and it is a real work horse I modified it this year by installing a lever handle tension release and a Quick clamp for the upper blade holder which makes fretwork cutting easier and faster. Mike
  9. This is a pattern from Steve Good's site, I modified it by replacing the clock piece with a Dog as it was a gift for my neighbor's little girl. Mike

After joining a few of the scrollsaw sites I got interested in scrolling although I have not worked at it very much I get intrigued with the beautiful projects that are posted on the different sites. I plan on getting more involved in the scrollsaw world including many projects....Mike

If I feel like surfing the web I do that and if I want to spend time in the shop, great. My stressful days went by the wayside on the day I retired. I spent too much time in management and my hair got a little more gray, from here on it's fun,fun,fun....Mike
