  9. Here's a cute little candy dish just in time for Easter. These can be painted or left plain. Fill them with some chocolate eggs and they make a nice little gift. I got the pattern from Sheila Landry's website. Thanks Sheila...it was fun to cut...now to paint or not to paint....hmmmmm.
  10. Nice work, Nita! You really did an excellent job on the painting/staining! I love it!
  11. WOW! Nita, the lighthouse turned out great! Very nicely done!
  12. Nita, I see the part you are talking about. I would just put a bridge in the middle of the second fence like Travis did in the previous section. Hope that helps you.
  13. Here's a few from my collection of patterns.
  14. Nice work Marshall! The H is so cool with the praying person in it! Thanks for showing us.
  15. Hi Dave! As far as backings go, it depends on what I'm making. On my portrait style cuttings I back them with regular posterboard (usually black) and then I secure it to my cutting using double sided scrapbooking tape. These go into a frame with glass. Same method for any other paper backing. If I don't frame a cutting I use 1/8 inch plywood and paint or stain it. Then I will use Titebond II glue making sure I clean up any glue that oozes out quickly. Same method for cloth.
  16. I have Feb and Aug of 1995......I found them at a second hand store. Sorry I don't have the one you're looking for.
  17. My suggestion would be to find the picture on the internet again and then write to the website that has it to get permission to use it. There are a couple of pics in Wikimedia but they are street rods.
  18. Very nice! I like the background paper you used.
  19. Fantastic cuttings! You have 2 very lucky nephews!

  22. Sorry this happened Travis. I have not seen the pattern either but if I do I'll let you know. I understand your frustration.
  23. Now I can see them, Rich! Very nice job on all of them.....both patterns and cuttings. I like the way you did the frames.
