  5. Cut from a reduced pattern from an Intarsia book published by Fox Chapel Pub. Wood is 3/8 clear pine. Color is acrylic paint with staining and antique medium added to make it more translucent. The finish is shellac. DW

  15. This is my 2nd bible box but the 1st one that has been flocked. Wood used is Poplar and Cedar. Finished with a semi gloss lacquer. The flocking is wine colored although the picture does not do it justice. DW

  18. Marg the secret to my finishes is I use a sealer, then many light coats rather than a couple of heavy coats and I lightly sand and then dust between coats. As long as you can keep the finishing area relatively free of floating saw dust then your finish will not attract the sawdust like a moth to a flame DW
  19. Created from hard maple. This hinged drawer set was designed by me. it is 11 inches long x 5 7/8 wide x 1 1/2 thick The drawers lined with flocking. DW
