  5. If its a small crack or hole I do the same as Dan but I use wood glue. fill the crack/hole with wood glue and sand over it with my orbital sander and it makes it blend in.
  6. I use the hot glue to hold my stacks of 1/8" BB together. I clamp the stack together the put random "patches" of hot glue along each edge. I have never had any issues with the stacks. When done cutting I'll cut off the glue with the saw and they usually come right apart. If I think about it I will add a picture later. I use a small glue gun made by arrow and use 10" long glue sticks

  10. This is the type of heater I use. I work in a 10 x 12 shed and I put a 4x8 addition on it. I keep the shop around 50 when not working, and around 70 when I am in there working. It has no issues keeping it warm. It is 220 v. If something happens to it I will buy another one.

  25. I think that's what these saws were called. I took a pattern for this saw and reduced it a little. I left out the scene that is supposed to be in it and routered my daughter's and son in laws name in it. I am giving a demo on how to make / router signs for the guild I belong to, and this is one of my examples. the handles are oak, the brackets are walnut and the sign is curly maple. It is about 26" long. After routering the letters I painted them black. This will fit perfect with their decor.
