  1. Thank you. cutting 3 layers of 1/8" Baltic Birch (BB) is just as easy as cutting just one piece. It's under a half inch thick.

  3. been busy in shop, made these hunting knives. I stack cut the blades 3 at a time out of 1/8" BB plywood. . the handles are oak and curly maple. but each of the designs also have a walnut/ maple and a cherry/ maple handle
  4. WOW, That was an old thread, I didn't look at the date until you said something.
  5. I like the idea. We used to have one and it was set up for a specific day and time (and time zone). There also used to be a chat tab that notified if anyone was in the room waiting.For me I think Sunday evening would work best.

  11. I'm here a lot just haven't been posting much.
  12. I was asked to make another Seal for a new podium. This is the second one I've made. It is 11" diameter. The objects in the center of the "arrows" are inlayed. Woods used are - curly maple, walnut, cherry, spalted elm, white oak, wenge, box elder, aromatic red cedar, yellowheart honey locust, and mahogany.
  13. When I transported or stored pieces I put them back to back so the hangers wouldn't scratch the finished piece, and a towel or cloth between the front faces. Small pieces I just wrap them in a cloth. I have a lot of old t- shirts I use too
