I'll have to go through my photos and see if I remembered to even photograph those. Small items like that don't get as much attention as the elaborate fretwork or intarsia patterns so, sometimes I forget to get the pics before I give them away. God Bless! Spirithorse

Great job, Marg! I am a big fan also and have several patterns but, for some reason, I think the only kokopelli items I have ever made are ornaments. I'll have to remedy that and make some kokopelli projects. God Bless! Spirithorse

Looks great! I think I would put the clock in the nose guard of the shield but, as you said, it may have to go without numbers. Of course, if you go without numbers, close to the center of the circular part on the top of the shield may be a better choice. Can't wait to see what you decide. Thanks for sharing and God Bless! Unfortunately, I think octoolguy Ray may be correct. A new circuit board would probably be about 1/3 the price of a new saw so, it's a difficult decision to make. Of course, you would definitely want to be absolutely certain the circuit board is the problem before swapping out parts! There are a lot of videos on YouTube about How To Test a Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) but, I did not see one specific to the DW788. This site DeWALT Scroll Saw | DW788 | eReplacementParts.com lists the board abt about $94 and these images came up in my search engine for other suppliers. dw788 scrollsaw circuit board - Bing I have used the eReplacementParts.com site with good results and other forum members have recommended it in the past also. Greetings, If you are plugged into a long extension cord or plugged into an extension cord that is too small for the amperage that can cause the fuse to blow prematurely. Are you certain there is no moisture in the electrical circuit of the scroll saw? That would also create a problem. Let us know what you find out. God Bless! Spirithorse

Fantastic job, @FrankEV I like that very much and the legs on the bottom really accent it and add a lot to the over-all aesthetics. As far as a Tribal box, I think the name Tribal is just referring to the cutting style such as this link scroll saw tribal patterns - Bing images and you can see quite a variety of patterns if you type something like Scroll Saw Tribal Cat, Scroll Saw Tribal Wolf, or Tribal Horse or what-ever may seem interesting to you.
