  6. Hi, Marg, I looked for images and reviews on the internet and, the five year warranty makes me think they must stand behind their product. Perhaps you just got a bad set of blade clamps. One review I read stated they returned two before they got the third one that was in good shape. If it isn't too much of a hassle, I think I would call the company to pick this one up and deliver another. Good luck and God Bless! Spirithorse
  7. Greetings, I tried the www.drunkenwoodworker.com site that Kragax recommended on another post and although the videos work fine, none of the photo images show up. Are those images working for anyone else on the forum, please? Thanks for checking it out for me. God Bless! Spirithorse

  23. I know nothing about these saws but, from the photo that Kevin posted, that one will only take pinned end blades unless you use an adapter. That means the blade size are going to be pretty large for any kind of intricate portraits. Harbor Freight Tools has a a cheap scroll saw with a 4 out of 5 rating here http://www.harborfreight.com/16-inch-variable-speed-scroll-saw-93012.html It isn't going to be top of the line but, should suffice to do good work with. God Bless! Spirithorse
