  7. Try taking a test sample and just dip the end in old coffee. It will stain it nicely but, I doubt that it will match the surface of the wood. It will basically just make the fresh cut less noticible. God Bless! Spirithorse
  8. Creative Woodworks & Crafts is my favorite because it has a lot more patterns than Scroll Saw Woodworking & Crafts and more issues for the subscription price. 17. Great job, Fish, I had to go back and look again after reading Dan's comment about the shadowing. As Marg said, You did a great job of balancing everything. That is why I did not notice the area around the face. Everything just looks as it should! Thanks for sharing and God Bless! Spirithorse

  20. I've never ordered from Grizzly because their prices always seem extremely high. If they can offer items for the same sale price as others as you mentioned in your post, they should already be advertising that price. Glad you got a good deal and good service. God Bless! Spirithorse
  21. Beautiful work, John, Thanks for sharing and God Bless! Spirithorse
  22. Hi, Ed, The end of the arrow shaft is slotted, the arrow head put into the slot, and then animal sinew was wrapped around the shaft around the shaft, arrowhead and between the notches you mentioned on the arrow head. Images can be seen here of Primitive Arrow heads such as the native Americans used. https://images.search.yahoo.com/search/images;_ylt=A0LEVwtmdEBTnwoA8gNXNyoA;_ylu=X3oDMTB0Yjkwb3VoBHNlYwNzYwRjb2xvA2JmMQR2dGlkA1ZJUDM3MF8x?_adv_prop=image&fr=yfp-t-244-s&va=primitive+arrows God Bless!
