  1. OOOPs, Sorry Roly, I forgot to mention how nice this fish looked, I'll pay more attention to my posting next time. Len
  2. I'm not sure what issue, but, I believe this pattern was offered by Wood magazine. These fish are great sellers, especially around here at the salmon sports fishing lodges. One lodge owner would give one to each sport, he would have their names and the weight and size of the fish they caught engraved on them. I didn't use a google eye in the ones I made, I used a piece of dowel that I rounded the end over on, it looked good. Len
  3. Way to go Kevin, you gotta love having those repeat customers. Thanks for sharing this with us. Len

  10. Nicely done Ducky, I'm sure the recipient will love it. Len
  11. Try using a little less tension on the lever/blade, or, take it piece off and sand or file the bottom flat. To me, it seems as if your lever isn't locking itself down properly. Len
  12. Margaree, I've been there, and there's no large mouth bass there. Not in the water anyway, yes salmon fishing is more popular there. Nice plaque Gordie, it looks great, thanks for sharing it with us. Len

  15. Cute, I like it. You could add as many names as you wanted too, just attach them under one and another. Len

  22. I used to sell at a farmers market, usually I'd make from $80.00 to as high as $240.00 per week. The sale was every friday, from 10a.m. to 2p.m. The best time of the year to sell at, was around christmas time. I usually only sold my items from the first friday in oct., to the last friday before christmas. Other than at that time, it wasn't worth trying to sell anything. Len
  23. I agree, very nice, thanks for sharing it with us. Len
  24. As most other replies have stated, it's a trial an error type thing. Your just getting back into scrolling, so, take the time to learn the craft and do some practising. It'll pay off in the long run. Len
  25. Well, I think you achieved what you were trying to do. Len
