  1. Nicely done Rob, now do one using your name as the pattern. I did that using my name, people were stumped trying to figure out how I made it. Len
  2. Nice looking cut Dick, but what the heck are you doing using those spiral blades? Don't you know they're evil, I never go near them. Len
  3. Nicely done Paul, you have done an incredible job of cutting the printing out,and the seams of the wood are oh so tight. Len
  4. Wayne, your bracelets are outstanding, you do some amazing work. Thanks for the tutorial, it could come in handy. Len
  5. Pete, what would taking this piece to the White North, have to do with you not applying a finish now? Len
  6. Micheal, welcome to the Village, this cutting is an outstanding one, definitely one to be proud of. And another item to be proud of, is your ability to come up with patterns like this one. It sure looks as if you know your way around a scroll saw, you do some amazing work. Len
  7. Pass on this saw, parts are not available for repairing it if any are breakdowns. Len
  8. Jes, the only blade that cuts in all directions is a spiral blade, sometimes regular blades are installed backwards to assist in oversize cuttings. Len
  9. Jim, unless you have someway to mill the Elm logs properly into nominal stock properly, you'd be better off leaving them where they lay. Unless you can cut the logs into board stock or turning blanks, they are of no use to you. And the turning blanks would only be of use to a turner after they dry, are you a turner? Len
  10. Rocky, that looks great, I really like it a lot. It should be a good seller, Steve share some great patterns. Len
  11. Way to go Monti, most men would need to have his casket made out of that stock, if he ever gave that to his wife for a Valentine's gift. Len
  12. Brian, when I stack cut, I like to use the hot glue gun. I will cut as many as six layers of 1/8" stock, per stack. I usually clamp the stack together with spring clamps, then run a bead of glue around the outer edge of the stack. I run the bead in a sqiggly motion, gluing from the top of the stack to the bottom. Len
  13. Art, these last two projects are very nice looking also, how was the jet to use for inlay work? Have you ever tried using an EX21 scroll saw, they're a lot like the jet? Len
  14. Scott, I'm not trying to say I told you so, but I thought that you had set yourself an awful hectic pace. This is the type of issues I was talking about, you never know what will pop up. I do wish you the very best with your business venture, but I do hope that you haven't set yourself to high of a goal to reach. Good luck my friend, good forward and prosper. Len
  15. Steve, I love this cutting, it's a great collaboration between different pattern designers. Len
  16. Rob, congrats on getting a new to you saw, with it being a Hegner it should last a lifetime. You did an outstanding job on the heart cutting, I really like the outcome. Len
  17. Nicely done Joe, I like this one a lot. Len
  18. Nicely done Jeff, I'm glad that Heppnerguy rattled your cage to see this one cut, I love it!!! Len
  19. Nicely done Bobby, both projects look great. I've cut the fish in the hook a few times, the fish I cut was a trout. I used two different types of contrasting wood on mine, I wanted the fish a different color then the hook. Len
  20. Joe, I love the Cow Pi idea and the silly leaf is to cute, and the beer mug saying takes the cake. All three projects are very nicely done, and the silly leaf for your granddaughter will be cherished. Len
  21. Looks good Pete, you have a great start on getting them done, in time for her to use them to decorate with. Len
  22. Holy crap Chunk, that's an intense cutting, you did a fantastic job of cutting it out. This most definitely is one to be proud of, well done !!!! Len
