I made a floating shelf for "The Tomb Was Empty" that I made a couple days ago.....2x6 stained red mahogany...2 coats of gloss spray deft

I saw this on a social media Ad the other day, I felt compelled to make it today, I just hand drew it out on the wood & cut it out....then did a little shaping......now I will have to make a shelf for it..... American heritage & red mahogany stains....simple powerful piece. God Bless

I got this from our local Amish sawmill this morning, it's 3" thick, will have to dry since it is green wood, deciding what I should make with it.

My shop has looked like a 2yr olds bedroom for quite awhile, sp i finally took some time this morning to organize & vacuum all the benches, even cleaned off my old recliner so I can watch TV again....a clean shop is a happy shop

5yrs ago this week I designed & took a pile of wood & made our pergola & swing......one of my favorite projects & still rock solid....it was fun making my own plans for this…..had around $400 in it…used galvanized hardware for it too

Installed this new hi-tech thermostat in my shop a couple days ago.....reads outside/indoor temps.....also humidity inside & out.....wifi enabled....now I can turn the heat on from anywhere using my smartphone.....pretty happy so far....was on sale at HD & saved $30

I have a couple days off.....so Smitty is cooking again today.....got a couple of crocks going....mississippi pot roast in one, red potatoes & baby carrots in the other.....also made a batch of BLT dip.....low & slow all day, should be ready 5-5:30

Covid finally got me…..tested positive today…I’m fully vaccinated & boosted too …..feels like a bad head cold ….. I’ll pull through….. will do my 5 days of quarantine

Started my day off with my coffee pot taking a crap after brewing about 2oz. of coffee at 5am......a new Mr coffee will be needed......hope 2022 is better

I am good friends with this guys dad......he will be getting this sign for Christmas for his shop.....used my diy crackle paint finish on main board, 1/4" birch plywood for all the lettering.....rattle can paint....it's 23.5" x 23.5"....comments always welcome......Happy Holidays!
