  3. Hi Michael: Great looking Giraffes!!!.....You are well on your way to this addiction called "SCROLLING" This being your almost first project look really good. Good idea with food coloring P.S. I know they are elephants...Keep up the great work Fab4
  4. Hi Pete: Back when I was doing shows, I had these on my table, real small reindeers, 2" high, similar to what you are showing here. People would look at them, said they were cute and kept on walking I think I was asking $5 each - they did have a bow also on them, but didn't sell They were all thinking that these little guys were made in China or from the Dollar store Then, I brought one with me that was just cut and showed the people how to get to the reindeer, Once they were convinced that it was actually made by me on a saw, they literally flew off the table. Show and tell is one great way to get sales. Just thought I would share this little story. Fab4
  5. Hi Carl I do all of my hole drilling with my dremel which I hold in my hand No stand or drill press required. I do have a nice big drill press but it's quicker for me doing it by hand - The Dremel will hold all of the small drill bits that are mentioned above Fab4
  6. Hi Roberta: I don't want to pry into your personal affairs, but how many pairs of your husbands underwear do you keep in your shop Fab4
  7. Only here on the Village that someone starts a thread about finishing a craft and we end talking about hair and beards. Gotta love this group. Good advice on what finish to use BTW. Fab4

  14. Hi Frank: You probably know this but I'm going to tell you anyway: After your surgery, listen to what the doctors tell you. It may be a P.I.T.A. to do the exercise/therapy everyday but it the long run you will up and running in no time - A few of my friends had surgery and thought they knew a better/faster way of healing they quickly found out that they were so wrong Good Luck, see you when you get back on your leg (feet) Oh yeah, PP looks great. well done Fab4

  17. Hi Joe: We should have a separate forum called "That "AHA" moment We could all learn a few things from Villagers being a bunch of "AHA's" It's always funny when it happens to someone else Thanks for sharing your AHA moment with us Fab4
  18. Hi Rodney: Here's my 2 cents on this You did not go far enough with the blue - The water ripples around the bottom half should be painted also This will add to your great cutting Side note: Constructive criticism is always good. Everyone looks and sees things differently Voicing ones opinion (when said right) should never be taken as an insult How else are we to improve if everyone is afraid to offend someone Take what is going on here as a compliment - All replies mean that they took the time to look at what you did and comment After all is said and done, the bottom line is, If you are happy with it, then that's all that matters O.k., I'm done Keep up the great work Rodney Fab4
  19. Hi Frank: After reading your comment, I said to myself "He's asking for it, so I'm going to let him know what I think about his work" Darn it, I have nothing to say except that looks really good Oh wait. I found something Roses should have been yellow or white...sorry, that's all I've got Keep up the great work Frank Fab4

  21. Hi Wichita: Did your Dremel come with a sander attachment? I still have mine and blades too - This was my starter saw also, back in the day It's a little saw that makes big noise...lol I found that raising the table, the stroke of the blade was not the same and made it slightly different to cut Fab4
  22. Hi Travis: I used the Contact Us page, not sure if that's working or even if you received my message Glad to see it's back up and running @Travis Fab4
