  1. Hi Charlie: Darn it!!! - I knew this one Remember her in the movie "Wait Until Dark" Another winner to add to your list Fab4
  2. Hi Jim Check out Pinterest - search for Cats in a rocking chair and elephants in a rocking chair You should be able to do something with what you find there Fab4
  3. Danny: The method is called Poor Man's Inlay - works great for painted pieces as we can all see
  4. Hi Danny: This is a different version of the logo Well done, looks great Keep on Googling and keep up the great work Fab4(Paul)
  5. Hey Barb: She must have liked it, Dick is still posting things here so we know for sure she did not cripple him over the look of his 3D floor Fab4

  10. Hi Steve: You're lucky that I am not a Bama fan, otherwise, I would have to kick your.......................lol Great looking DAWG, BTW - Don't wait so long to post your work - Fab4
  11. Hi Marg: Steve Good has something - it says My Dentist makes me smile, One tooth holding a toothbrush and another holding toothpaste it was posted on January 6, 2016 Clayton from here at the Village made an intarsia one back on November 27. 2013 I haven't checked the patterns here at the Village but there may be one here Fab4
  12. Hi Ray: You must like weird things, you posted 3 times on this one.............LOL Fab4
  13. I'm with Brenda on this one - to me this is much simple - I do not use spirals But I will say, that when the bevel cuts are done right, it does look awesome as seen above Fab4
  14. Hi John: I retract what I wrote before, I was wrong, you are correct, these pieces will fit or make a star shape Fab4
  15. Hi Ray: Whatever you were going to say, I agree - I'm wrong in what I wrote - You do need the star and these pieces will fit into that star This whole thread is becoming very puzzling Fab4
  16. Hi Danny from Huntsville The colors add to this one It beats stained with a black backer Well done Fab4
  17. Ray: The 2 examples that Scott showed at the beginning of this post are 2 separate pieces They do not go together - The star one is a partial cutting, It's missing the star that is cut into puzzle pieces - The shape for both just happens to be the same, this is what is throwing you off BUT: If you do manage to fit the pieces from the top one into the star, make sure you keep the solution it will surely be a one of kind So what you and Jim did is the actual pattern for the top photo Thanks Fab4
  18. Hi Ray: Go ahead and make a pattern, would love to see it. Thanks Fab4
  19. Sorry about that Ray, I thought I read in a previous post that you got what you were looking for Good Luck Fab4
  20. Hi Bob Printing is not the problem - it's getting the size right on what shows up and what actually prints - I agree with what you are saying though This is just like everything else when it comes to technology - Some get through it with no problems and others struggle. We are on different systems and it looks like you will have to find what works for you when a problem occurs - It's been an interesting topic, Thanks to all who replied - Now, let's get back to our regular scheduled program and move on - I think Ray got what he was after. Fab4
  21. Dan: What is your display setting set at for your computer - just curious - see my post about changing my setting - thanks
  22. I'm going to add something else that's weird about printing the right size When I was following that video, The only way I could get the correct size after trial and error was to change my Display Setting. Apparently Inkscape was being stretched with the setting I had and not giving me a true measurement went from 1152x864 to 1280x720 (for those who understand this) Make sense??? All I know is that I can print from Inkscape size for size when I set the Zoom at 64% - I don't pretend to understand but I'm happy with the results Fab4
  23. Hi Ray Check this out and see if it will do anything for you hope it plays Fab4
  24. Hey Frank: I think Danny is going to use his Well to WISH that you never asked that question.............LOL Fab4
