Someone ordered this from me this year for a friend
1/4"BB with a 1/8" backer.. Needed a backer to glue the gnomes pieces onto
10"x10" Added the WIP as a show and tell
Cut this out of a Betty Crocker baking sheet 11"X17" from the dollar store and used just a regular #1 blade
It was loud....LOL added magnets to the back of the stickers. Did I mention it was loud while cutting it out
The green tape did manage to stick to the non stick surface before applying the pattern
@wombatie Where are those melted caps - Our curiosity is killing us
Hi Sydknee:
Are you crazy???
Why are you trying to piss off the Mrs.
True or not, some things should never be said out loud
Oh, BTW, nice work, you can display any of your work anytime
looks really good, keep it going

Hi Frank:
Fire Pit Tinder or as some of us say "Designer firewood"
Just goes to prove that we are never too old to learn
Crying "unkle" is this case was necessary by the sounds of it (Good move)
The end result was satisfactory. It did turn out great.
As scrollers, if you have never made a mistake, (FPT or DW) then you're doing it wrong
Keep up the great work Frank, thanks for sharing your story

Hey Dick:
I think in this case, if you were to try the poor man's inlay method, you could experiment without turning the pieces into designer firewood
Very easy process as Danny described it in his post.. Just a suggestion

Hi Barb:
I Googled "baskets for scroll saw patterns", it brought me to Pinterest and showed many patterns for baskets
No angle cuts requires for the baskets they show but a small drill bit drilled into a specific area in the basket will not show
You can resize the baskets to whatever you want. Once you get by the first basket, you will be hooked on making others

Hi Charlie:
The cat is out of the bag

Well done
