Been smoke free now since 1999............Smoked for 40 or so years..and one day just stopped.........My heart doctor said at the time you smoke free for 6 months and I will put your name on the urgent list. quadruple bypass later and still smoke free..............Every time I walk past a person in the street smoking I all most choke........any way keep at it it will happen have faith........................
