  7. I finished these two projects last week. The motorcycle pattern is by Steve Good and I gave it to the customer on Friday. Friday evening I started on the Anniversary sign and finished it Sunday night . That pattern is by WayneMahler. Thank You Wayne it turned out great. Hope everyone had a great and safe Christmas.   10. Well my sign made a big hit at the the party it was place beside the cake and I was given a big hug for making it.
  11. I think it is about 1/8 thickness but be careful the edges are sharp.
  12. Thank you everyone for the great compliments. And yes Munzieb I think I do have a new material to work with. I was going to try just flat metal next time and see how that looks. My only problem now is figuring out what to attach it to the backer with. I might see how gorilla glue works.
  13. Placed the diamond tred between 2 pieces of plywood glued the pattern to th wood. Got a cobalt drill bit to drill the holes. Cut it with flying Dutchman iron man metal cutting blades and went slow and steady.

  18. Ordered some Flying Dutichman Ironman Metal cutting blades. and am going to try and practice this weekend thanks everyone. I will post a picture when I get it done.
  19. I think It is a thin aluminum. It is used on storm doors. I was thinking I would have to put it between to pieces of thin ply wood. but just wondering if it is easy to cut.
  20. I have a sign the customer has asked me to make for her husbands birthday. She wants it to be made out of diamond tread metal. I was just wondering if anyone has cut anything out of that type of material and if so was it difficult and what blade did you use and what procedure was used to cut it. Sorry for so many questions. I have never cut anything out of metal before on my saw and want to make sure it do it right. Thanks for the information Mimi

  24. Just finished these last week. both were fathers day presents. The car was a pattern by Travis. and the motorcycle is a Steve Good pattern that I just added the words to. I already have my next weeks projects ready to be cut so hopefully I will be posting more pictures of things. My co workers have been keeping me busy with things to make.   25. I have been busy. I just finished this cross for a friend of mine to put on her cross wall. She has all sorts of crosses on her wall and now she has one from me. The pattern is a Steve Good pattern.
