  1. Here it is. it was very easy to do. I think my son will like it. Just have to put a natural stain on it. Thanks again Don for the pattern. Mimi
  2. I called them once before and they said to make sure there were not kinks in the cord. I was wondering if I take the speed adjust off and blow it out if that might help but I dont want to make things worst. . If I have to I might just have to make a trip to dallas and take it to them for repair dont really want to do that though.
  3. I have an Ex 21. It has been faithful for a long time. I think now I am finally going to have to do some repairs to it. Heres what it is doing. When I change speed it slows down and then it speeds back up. I am hoping it is a simple fix. Does any one have any ideas. or can someone tell me where I might be able to get it fixed in Oklahoma. I am just outside of Oklahoma City. thank goodness I have other saws to use just really like this one and want to get it fixed if possible. Thanks In advance for the information. Mimi

  5. I think I will try it on the next picture I do. It will be of the dog Missie. I can not believe how backed up in work I am. Never thought that scroll saw art would be so popular. Thanks for the information. I am going to practice and see if I can get better.
  6. hey Don The picture looks great, how do you keep from making your lines look jagged. Not sure what I am doing wrong. I went back to using straight blades. I did use spirals when I cut the t-bird. I thought that one looked ok just not sure the spiral is right for this picture. If you are wondering what I am cutting I am cutting Sue Mey's mothers cross.
  7. Thanks for the info. I will try it. I do use FD blades would not use any thing else. I think they are the best blades. Mimi

  18. Good Saturday morning to everyone, I just found this web site. I am really glad I did. I seems like the more information I can get for my saw the better I feel. I have been playing on the scroll saw for about 7 yrs now. I really enjoy it. I am not sure but people seem to like the things I make. I just wish they would buy them. I am going to try and make a business out of this but am not quitting my day job. I have 2 kids both teens. Just bought a pink 1971 VW bug for me and my daughter it is a blast to drive. Not sure what else to tell about my self. I live in Midwest city OK so if any of you live in OK would really like to meet other scrollers. The only ones I know are the people who work at woodcraft . Sorry this is so long but am really excited and tend to ramble when that happends . Thanks agian for the cool web site and look forward to chating with you all soon. Mimi
