who who! That's cooking with gas! seems like when i lay out stuff in consignment shops it all disappears and nobody knows nothing,Maybe that's a good thing to show me what i''m doing is in demand?
Now there's a good idea ! I most certainly need help in this area.Bad part is touching the ends of the blades first with oil from your skin.Wonder about the elements doing justice on rusting exposed blades ?
Yeah the blades with two angles are more work but once your set up for the first angle it goes quick. If i made some angle stops that would be trick and fast.i love hearing and learning what others see in post like this ,fascinating!!!
I like that what you said CARL ! i have fixed so many things with just aboout nothing and am proud of it.I like making better mouse traps so to speak.DANNY i believe it's the inside of the tooth thats sharpened. The part of the tooth that hits the wood first is where it's sharpened.
YOUR OFF TO A GREAT START .they will become easyer as you do more and fancier too.We have a few master bowl makers here that turn them out pretty regular.
i too have seen work done on the ss350 and could not believe my eyes .this is the saw that inspired me to do word art from a member! Delta have my favorite CLAMP blade holder too .Which are especially good for holding spiral blades. All i can tell you about the blade holders is you open or close the little arm that holds the blade. If i remember right from my ss250 you could make it tighter with a screw driver but then you risk it popping open unexpectedly and losing the jesus spring.the jesus spring is just a name i call it as when it fly out you hollar oh jesus where did it go!.lol i never could find a ss350 for sale but wanted one in the worse way when i first started scrolling.
I lost three and a half tons of tools from the recession and god told me to keep the hobby tools and let the rest go .Boy was he right on the money again!
