    a half inch drill with a small bit went thru the wood and into my pants and twisted the pants tight as a drum before the powerful drill motor stopped .Man did that hurt.

    No wonder I couldn't see the tree's thru the forest on your first post of this I had the girl pictured in the reverse position.boy oh boy my mind took a vacation that day .I could see an arm but for the life of me could not figure out what the frilly thing was (her skirt)and the black shape of Africa around her.I just could not pull the ballerina out of the mix.now it's clear as day .Humph,everydays different ! Very nice pattern indeed !

    carumba chico this is as it should be .Drawers to keep dust on the floor not on your tools.Large table to work on .Fans,lights a.c.heat all the creature comforts .PLUS the hide a box for the brewski's,lol Very very comfortable set up .Makes you want to just dive on in and get it done.

    Buying wood for me is like pulling hens teeth That would be nice to do, And cutting wood that's not warped would be a delight also. The thousands of projects I;ve done was from found wood. I could see my self holding the new wood ,smelling it rubbing it ,ah the joys of fresh wood to cut. Some of my cheapy customers tell me but you got the wood for free. When the price is said. I should reach down and get another piece just like the one I cut and say here cut your own, but I can't be mean like them ,lol.1/4"x27"x 34" is free for me ,just got to find a dresser someone thru out, lol

    I would hold down on the moving parts in the top arm and lift up and down on the lower arm to see where the play or loose ness is and go from there.do this with out the blade in and machine turned off.and then reverse the procedure and hold down the bottom arm and lift up and down to see where the sloppiness is comeing from .12 mm. is short of 1/2'' American or sae size.i did lots of 3/4'' and the saw just didn't like the work load I gave it on Chinese saws .strange your having a problem .google hegner scroll saw knocking noises or hegner scroll saw problems.try different ways of telling google what it is you want .something wil come up for you that should help.

    Very nice indeed .I noticed you have a mercury stain mixing tool in the mix .i'll bet it does the job quick !Do you have all you need so far?i'm sure there's room for more ! a planner a lathe a spray booth etc.what's next on the list for the shop. These pictures make the scrolling juices come alive!Good supply of wood to .Your the man! Thanks for taking time to post this! Let's see how big a pile of saw dust you can make this year! lol
