    To make sure things stay put i'll use pins to go into both pieces an glue or i'll drill small 1/32" deep holes under the piece to be glued and the piece it's self so i'm glueing to raw pieces of wood together.

    This is a big problem with chinese ,sakura,dremil ,most craftsmen,porter cable,harbor freight saw .Made for light duty and no oiling points or bearings,just metal to metal.If your spending less than $500. on a new machine your throwing good money into the wind.I've had many a great minute ,hour day month year on these inferior machines and can't complain for all the good times i've had.I had no idea there was better.

    When i cutting something fast i'll use a #12.When i get to the corners i have to chisel it out with the blade a couple of times before i can make the turn.Buy chisel it out i mean make a hole so i can so a u turn in and not over heat the blade to breaking temp.

    I've had this problem ,EXACTLY,Now you need to change the bearings or re grease them.There's 2 bearings that need to be pressed out .But if you just do the ones you can get to you'll get 2 years of hard labor from it,and then the two bearings you needed to press out will start to knock just like in the beginning before you re greased the others.I've 6 dw788's i need to do this too.
