    Nice find, i use a modified clamp knob which makes it much easier to tighten with more leverage.I don't go past 1.5 on the tension gauge on the dewalt and have not even come close to stripping the threads,Thanks for the find.

    I've cut he Formica samples into earrings an Egyptian things for ears,never flooring as there's to much sand in it.My saw sparks cutting them,It a flooring saw from lowes

    this is a problem i had in my beginning days .when your in a turn with small blades the temperature goes to it's highest from added friction in a turn.that is a major cause of blade breakage.Slow way done in the turns and allways keep moving .When cutting coins that is where the blade breaks every time form heat build up.Easy fix ,take your time!Good to see you here ,Keep coming back friend!
