    Two weeks time you'll b in like flint aging ,acclimated to the new job and all.God thing is you didn't fall off the ladder and can still keep going.Rearranging the shop ,is quality time I'm sure for you too .no more knuckle busting work on the small engines .I'm happy not to do handyman tradesman stuff any more.Great looking lettering and skills to go with them,No refining needed here.I'm happy as a bird wit a french fry scrolling so it sounds like were in the same boat!

    How well i know that same feeling! Yeah where's all te noise was my first impression too.Quite as a church mouse.Throw that light away and get something the stays put.Or wind some heavy#6 wire around the flex cable to ridged it up.Get ready to shovel loads of saw dust out.Let the fun begin!

    Well i guess I'm the odd one out,as my way is completely different.I don't want fragile small things jumping around so i spray glue all of the stacked projects on top of each other,gluing tops and bottoms and press them together ,and or stand on them to get a good adhering of all projects.When i'm finished cutting i spray a mix of mineral spirits and acetone all over and everywhere and let it soak n good.Then i look for an opening that is coming apart and spray more mix in the crevice and gently separate and spray at the same time till one by one the are all separated from each other.Once that's done gently cleaning and spraying till all the glue is gone.Some times i make an aluminum foil tray to soak each project in for easier cleaning and removal.

    Thank you so much ,as far as i know the Excaliber and the dw788 are basically the same workings.So it should apply to both machines for this problem

    I may have a piece of this ,I conforms to any shape readily and cuts well.It's my preferred paper of choice.The big box store your referring too has sandblaster paper also that i've wanted too try which boosts of longer lasting by 10x! :) :cool:
