It's been a lot of extra work but all the chages she's requested ,really made it stand out nice.I can't complain as i'm fortunet to get the work and aty a dollar a letter it's not chump change.Looks like i'll just have to recut lena .I loaded the broken name up with gorrilla glue and will see if i can get a good name out of it,lolIf mnot i'll have to change the heart like i did for matthew.Thanks for looking!

  3. The big box store lowes has a$29.drill bit holder that i use in my drill press I love it you won't bend this one so it will wobble.Very well made

  8. 10 of the oak triangles 1'4" thick with a scroll reverse #3 -2" tall and then the spent time heart i had to ,three times change the heart for the name Matthew because of being to many letters in a 3" space.I finally changed it to printing ,no problems then .today i'll paint everything hopefully. and then some key chains in maple ,i love cutting maple dollar a letter the maple was 1/2" thick ,After i finished cutting the letters i cut the key chain in half

Now each and every project you do ,Wioll have a set of eye's on them,Hers,lol Lots of our member's wives are the self appointed quality control inspectors.Most if not all get the official stamp of approval from her"MINE"!   12. I'm so happy some one found this out ! I've st rugged year after year with this same sort of rigamaroll. It's been a a down hill ,win lose lose situation always when you least expect it to happen.Luckily nothing serious or irreversible has happened but it sure gets your goat in an uproar.I've counted to10 many a time ,took deep breathes and even scratched my head when this happens

Your deals are hard to beat.Just a little tip for you the stores throw away any lights people bring back so if you don't mind dumpster diving with a stick with a hook you can come home with a trunk full of lights to fix and used for your projects The stores sell a cheap Christmas tree light detector to speed up repairs inn no time too.
