First one i did long time ago i made the foot to weak and it broke.I see your experience got you through that.I gave it to a young kid going to the karate practice one day while i was getting out of the gym next door .Boy was he excited! :) :) :) :) :)

Thank you DW, i made a table that fit over my DW ewhen i did a 20" x 40" dog (missy) and a gorilla,I think that same sort of thing is in order for these big birds! :)

Thanks Gordie ,i got a Edward Grant for this one from my free wood supplier.He still wants more a 16" and then 4 stack cut 1/4"walnut ones to place on wood flags he's already made last year that i cut hundreds of 1/2" and 3/4" wood stars for! ?Sometimes you get a good customer. He also told me today to get ready for lots more s SHEILA LANDRY sleigh an reindeers.He wants plenty for a Christmas shows that will be coming up.I already made him 20 last year with 40 reindeer.P.S. i got three large garbage cans full of 2" thick aromatic cedar for the sleighs an deer.This time it will be cash,Thank You Jesus!

Thanks Paul .Quite a few times i thought the bird was going fly off the saw as fragile as it was getting like swiss cheese. the wings were really flapping from the scroll reverse blades pushing and pulling every stroke.

I thrive on every word everyone says in the posts .I don't want to miss a thing or miss understand.The more i know the more i can share down the line with someone else.Sure lots of things are repettitive but thats life that's what makes it stick in your mind ,just like in school,over and over the same thing to help you grasp it and remember it.Too bad i sleep in class alot,lol ! Just my 2 cents worth.I enjoy everything in SSV good and bad!

all oak glued together,no accidents. i worked in stages 2 hr,1.5 hr,and 2 hours 5 total on the dewalt 20" with a scroll reverse #7my mistake 30" eagle!
