  1. Kevin, I am not sure why its not clear, i did use a photo reducing program, cause im on dial up and i always get an error when i upload an original photo. so thats prolly it.

  3. these are 3 of my newests, my old computer crashed, so i had some time to do some cutting. hope yall like, im not liking how i do a smile with teeth showing as in my brother and sister in law pic. Any pointers on that will be greatly appreciated Thanks Jim

  6. Thank you Ron, Took 3 days off an on to do it. shop is in our barn, and no a/c in there, so i had to do it in the cooler hours

  9. hey dj, yeah luan is good for cutting, i bought 1/2 thick tho, and it does well for me, pic below of my wife's niece cut on luan, parcel post on lets say 4 lbs going from georgia to california is approx 11.57. so if anyone wants to buy them from you and is closer it will be little cheaper. thought i put in my 2 sense, hagd jim
  10. Hey Frieke, Yeah webs.com com is pretty easy to get around, i used them for our halloween haunts in the past years, now i use 20fr.com which i still have the free halloween site, also had a cjswoodcrafts.20fr.com site then upgraded to a dot com name. still pretty cheap. jim

Hey yall, i have done a few patterns f othr people just fine, but i am having trouble with this one, trying to get her lookin right, not too sure bout her mouth, nose, and eyes, any advice will b appreciated i still gotta clean it up more, but i decided to stop working on it for a bit and post here Thanks Jim

  15. Here is a cut i just got done with today, wood is spruce, the hair on the pattern has alot more hair then the wood piece, i decided to just put a few of them together. I am doing my whole family for christmas presents this year, so i have started early.. lol sad to say. sorry for the glare on the face. Hope yall enjoy
  16. I am sure that some of the scrollers here know this trick, but since i got rid of Ryobi and got a craftsman, the instruction book suggested that you put paste wax on the cutting table. Well i was like wtc is paste wax, and i found it a walmart, turtle wax bout 3 bucks I only put 1 coat on and the wood slides around alot better, and so much smoother turning the wood. Well for the ones that didnt know this,, there ya go. there are other brands, but i just got the cheapest. Hope I helped atleast a couple folks Jim

  25. Pattern was made by Travis, thanks travis, I have been looking for a golfer pattern for a while now, and then i saw this one. It was a fun cut, took 3 days off and on to do. Hope i did your pattern justice, wood is pine.
