  2. hey everyone, this is what i am working on for a woman in Iowa, she is sending me some sweet Iowa corn tomorrw, over nighting it, so she wanted this and 2 others in trade. guess this is a relief carving but im still workin on it, hand just got too hurtin carvin it..any feed back is appreciated, also the pic i used is in the photo too. any ideas on to make it look real good will be appreciated too, Thanks all

We have a Lite on it Corp DVD/CD Rewritable Drive (dvd burner) model sohw-812s it does work good condition, came out of my old comp that crashed, all you gotta pay is shipping, im thinking it will fit in a small flat rate box and that is 6.95 to ship plus cost of tape and bubble wrap, If any one is intersted, shoot me an email, Thanks Jim

  6. Thank you Paul, appreciate the compliment, yeah i used to stain all my work, but it got to be just too much work, so i started torching it then polyurethane, saves 1-2 days of drying time for stain, thanks again
  7. Pattern made by grandpa (paul), great pattern paul, enjoyed doing this one, Keep them great patterns coming. wood is 1/2 inch sandeply, propane torched.

  9. unicorn pattern created by Mama Bogie (if thats spelled wrong sorry) it was a great pattern, fun cut, got a bit scared quite a few times, on the thin areas, but it came out well, I named the Unicorn Mystify Portrait, I held a drawing on the 3rd, and this is the winners husband and grandson both on 1/2 inch sandeply

Elvis portrait pattern by Travis, hey Travis, awesome pattern, was very easy to cut Boy fishing pattern by Paul aka Grampa, Paul, great pattern, i did these 2 this morning, took about 2 hours, wood used is sandeply, added gone fishin' used a propane torch to torch the sides, i enjoyed these, Keeep up the great work guys.

Hi all, this is my latest a desk top decor i made for my sis in law that works in an office. the hummingbird/flower design was made by christine. its about 14 inches long 5 inches wide, 6 inches tall, top was is sandeply, base is a 2 x 6 oak. burned with a propane torch, welcome and name plate is painted off white then torched to make it stand out, hope yall like i got the fretwork pattern from a site that offered free patterns, will post link when i find it. gotta hunt for it.

HEY BULLDOG, AND TRAVIS, THANKS for the comments, yeah i acutally started using sandeply 1/2 thick, it does well, i tried luan once, but that breaks too easy. but if i get a special order for oak, cedar, etc, unless they specify, its cut on sandeply, and i started toching the sides with a propane torch, gives it a cool look plus 2-3 coats of poly. I stopped using stain, unless specified. thanks again for the feed backs Jim

  21. What size do i need to get for a drill bit, the smallest i have and what stores around here sell is 1/16, i know there are smaller bits, i think they go to mm the 1/16 works ok, but i need something smaller, thanks in advance Jim

Hey all, havent been on here for awhile, ran out of wood, but i thought i would show off my latests. the one with friend and son, i held a drawing begining of this month, and she won, so when she got it, she ordered 2 more, one is the freinds daughter pic, and other i still have to do of her other daughter.
