  4. I thought these were good. There was nothing about who cut them or how they were cut. Russell
  5. I like these, they look like a lot of work to me though. Are they quick enough to make that you can sell them reasonable? Russell
  6. :) I can't sleep, can you tell? Search bingo chips, gaming chips, marker chips, poker chips, etc. I found many, but they are 3/4" or 7/8" but i didn't look all that hard. Russell
  7. Here's another possible. They cut clear, but sell translucent sheets, so could cut it from that i assume. http://www.acrylicshapes.net/ Russell
  8. Found this Marg, Might get you going in the right direction. This one is in the UK, but i'm sure they'd ship. http://www.plasticdiscs.co.uk/plaindiscs.html Russell
  9. I like the sea turtle. I wish i would have gotten credit for it like the other designers did. :( Russell
  10. Deservedly so, they are handsome works of art. Well done Paul Russell
  11. Good luck with the show Roly. That is some good work. I like the animals, right there with everyone else. I really like the bowls and think they will sell as well. Can't wait to hear about all the great sales you made! Russell
  12. Welcome Mike, I'm a fellow buckeye as well, hope to see some of your work soon. we love the pictures around here. Russell
  13. All of those ideas are just like giving everyone a key to the store. Not gonna work. It will keep the honest, honest. This, Dave baker Blackjax camo and lives in Cambridge, Lowa, is not gonna care. He has already made an account here probably. Ebay and trash him. Leave neg feedback. Go to as many other forums as possible and tell everyone what a thief Black Jax Stencils is. Go to airbrush forums and trash his business practices. Explain on Pintrest where he gets his patterns. Explain on Facebook how he finds his images. Explain on art sites how they had better beware of Black Jax Stencils for stealing the artwork on that site, etc. When you google his name in six months it will show what a thief this guy is. I don't see asking him to pull your work is going to help. The guy is an A$$, he only plays one way. I'm gonna ask him nicely to pull my stuff. If he doesn't then i am not messing with him. Simple. Russell I was hoping to tag this post with his company name, but don't see a way. All my new patterns will be tagged to reflect my feelings about this.
  14. I'm sure the mom will love it as well. Nice work Russell
  15. Great fun patterns. You did a very nice job on those. I like the big tires on the fire truck. Those looked tricky to cut. Nice work Russell
  16. Thanks guys, I cut it out of a piece of quarter inch mahogany. I think it would look better with some finish, but she wanted it "natural" Hippie chick that she is. Yep, five dollar scrollsaw on Craigslist. Works great. Not variable speed and only takes pin end blades, but it isn't a bad deal for a working saw. Thanks again for the encouragement, i guesss i should have stack cut this one. Russell
  17. Hey i want one of those.. Russell
  18. I realize this isn't anything awesome like the rest of you cut. But it is my second attempt with my $5.00 scroll saw and blades i got from Home Depot. My friend lost a button off of her purse, i said i could make her one. She wanted a peace symbol. This is what i came up with. I can see all the imperfections. lol. But still it was fun. Russell
  19. Very nice, love them both. Lots of work in those. Thank you for sharing those with us. I really appreciate seeing one of my patterns cut. Thanks again. Russell
  20. Nice job on a nice pattern, thank you for taking the time to post a picture for us. Russell
  21. Looks great jim, i think you made the right call on the legs, maybe the 4x4 would have looked a little to "clunky". This looks great. Nice work. Russell
  22. Wow Marg, i'm impressed!! I think your husband is going to get that bike real soon. Thanks for showing this to us, it came out real nice. Russell

  24. Thank you for posting this Bobby, it came out great. I'm sure it will bring a nice price at the auction, it sure should. Once again, thank you for posting the finished project, Russell
  25. Why do you keep posting that and saying that???!! What is wrong with my pattern? He posted a picture that he wanted turned into a pattern. I did. He liked it. What is with you and that same pattern? He wanted HIS picture turned into a pattern? What's wrong with this pattern and cutting?
