  1. looks like you get a lot done in those couple of hours a day. Very nice. Russell
  2. How bad's the back blown out, just flip it over. No worries. Or cut another moon and put her on it. Cut it out of another type of wood. She won't be part of the moon she'll be sitting on it. Russell
  3. Ha, love it. Looks fun. Thank you for taking the time to share a picture with us. It came out great. I'm sure the customer loved it. Thanks again Russell
  4. Absolutely beautiful. Your local American Legion would love to put that on a tip board i bet. You'd get your money, (after you win first prize) and someone would get a great deal on a wonderful piece of art. Russell
  5. Wow, very nice!! I really like the added color. I think the woodpecker came out great, i was a little worried about that one. I especially like the Dr. Who one. That really looks great. Thank you for taking the time to show us all those. You've been busy. Very nice. Russell
  6. Just like everyone else, wow, I'm impressed!! Very well done. That is one fine piece. Anyone would love to display that beautiful art work. Thank you for showing us this one. Russell
  7. Drill the pins out. Clamp the lid in place. Drill slightly bigger holes, put new pins in. Russell
  8. Awesome! Very well made. Thanks for showing this to us. Russell
  9. Here's a project for someone. This is 7' x 4' i think it says. Hot melt glued to the wall. 15 different species of wood. He did it with a CNC, but thought it was interesting. The rest of the story. https://imgur.com/a/fMy19 Russell
  10. Wow black on black really works on this, very nice, thank you for showing this to us. Russell
  11. Very cool. Lots of work there! Looks great Russell
  12. Very nice cuttings, I like the Merle best. I just watched a biography on Merle last night. You can check it out here if you're interested. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UK24PpV7ufw Russell
  13. Yep all very nice. I like the leaf bowls and the grapes and leaves cutting. But really all are very well done. Where'd you get those leaf bowl patterns? Russell
  14. 5th question Did the original pattern designer sell all the rights to the magazine, or does that designer still control some part of the rights to that pattern. The praying hands pattern was in the October 1997 issue, is there a credit for the designer listed? Does that designer still have the right to sell that design? Russell
  15. If all you're needing is a horse outline, I'd just search "Horse coloring pages" and cut one out that is about a full page. Do some fancy scrolling to make it a puzzle. http://www.bing.com/images/search?q=horse+coloring+pages&qs=IM&form=QBILPG&pq=horse+coloring+&sc=8-15&sp=1&sk= I love the grandkids birthday parties! Have fun. Russell
  16. What does this post mean, and why is it in the Bragging Rights Thread? I see, now that you've edited it to add another picture. Now it makes a little sense. Russell
  17. That looks like the pattern that Jerry made for you in your word art Pattern Request. Jerrys pattern was a Sans Serif font with cursive over it. Sure that wasn't Jerrys pattern? Nice job cutting out the pattern as always. Russell
  18. Yeah what they said, only don't try and do it quick in the microwave. Like in a day because you are impatient. Here's what happens, and when that thing splits, it sounds like a gun shot went off in your house! Scare the crap outta me. Russell
  19. Very nice! Flawless. And you don't have brain farts, its more like Bob Ross used to say, "just a happy accident" Glad it happened, i think you're on to something. Russell
  20. I like this very much. One of my favorite artists. You did a great job on that puzzle. Thank you for sharing this with us. Russell

  22. Looks good, from what i can tell. Just a little small for these old eyes. Thank you for taking the time to post a picture for us. Now you've got to peruse the Pattern Library for another project! Russell
  23. almost looks laser cut, that would be a tough one for sure. Russell
  24. Thank you all for the input, i guess that's why there aren't many puzzles in the Pattern Library. Glad i asked, and glad i got so many great comments Thanks Russell
  25. I just posted a sheep puzzle pattern. I don't know if we have many puzzle cutters in the group, but wanted to make one. My first question, is there any point in making a puzzle Pattern, or do most people like to just free hand them? Second, Is the tab style i drew going to be cuttable? I drew the tab style like in the picture for style "B" below. Third, if i do make another puzzle pattern, what style of tab would be preferred? A,B,or C? Actually, any puzzle input would be appreciated. Thanks for the comments, Russell
