    I tried it once andit didn't work very well I tried it once and I did't like itThe pattern came looose right in the middle of the cutting. I wouldm't recomend it at all. IKE

    I am a bottom feeder . For me ist is the easiest way.but I do help myself i use a awl pushed into the hole to make it a lot smoother and easier to see and hit with the blade, I got my awl with a screwdriver set from Sears ther cost are $5/$10 and in my openion they are well worth it. IKE

    I tried the Pegas blsse once and I can't tell any differenc between them and the Olson's match 3 blade. As far as cutting artreight I didn't noticed i just foollow the lines and don't worry about the lead off. IKE

    I would not pat $250 for a used Saw no matter what brand it is.especially if it had rust. for any used saw $100 is enough.. $250 for a Deallt is 1/2 retail. If any thing goes rong with it and you can't fix it it will cost you $80 to $250 to have it done. Make him an offer of $100 for the saw and $50 for the sander if he says no pull the offer of the Saw off. see what hapens. IKE

    I have several of brand name sanders and none of them compairs to the 3 mouse sanders I have I have 3 different grade sand papers and it works real well and they are not tooo expesxive. IE

    keven you do some good work. I love my shih-tzulooks great. my last dog was a shih-tzu and I don't havve another dog I just can't find any to replace her She was the best. UKE

    I use 2 sizes for it ID & OD I use a #5 or 7 for the puzzle pieces I use a #3 I use nohig but Olson's match bades. With a #3 blade your saw has to be set up with the blade square with the table. and I mean real square

    Nice set up . the saw angle is a little higher than mine. The arrows are realy nice where did yu get the pattern? and the green grass looks good hoping mine will dryup and dturn green. IKE

    I have a small shop (120 sq ft) and don't have room for many tools Ihave a 10 in drill press ,4" belt sander and a 1" belt sander with the backing platae removed the i" belt sander works well on curved areas, I cvant see putaing out more moneys for other permant sanders . the only other sander I use is a mouse I kave 3 each with a different grade sand paper. there isn't any thing that would take up much space on my work bench that would b much hellp ffor me.     I have been known to drive around on trash days and check out thrown out woods like furniture the bette grade flurnature had wooden draweers some have solid wood drawers and others have plywood both are usefull. IKE

    Thry this when you are ready to apply thetension leverpush loosen the top set screw push down on the top and push up on the bottom lever and you may see a big difference in where you tighten the top screw. That may salve your problem Those instructions are probably clear as mud but it's best I can do. IKE

    I have been working around machenery all my life and the noise doesn't bother me, and I do wear hearing aids now for a couple of years but at 78 that isn't too unreasonable. IKE

    I buy most of mine from The Wooden Teddy Bear. They selll both Olsons and FD Blades both goodI prefer Olsons match blades@ about $4.50 a dozen I buy them by the Gross and use about 3 gross per year. I have tried both Olsons and FD blade both are good but I prefer olsons they seem to last longer. IKE

    There is several video's on the inernet telling how to adjuxt the tension. or it could be that when you stop the saw it is not at the bottom of the stroks and this could state that yu have a tension problem. IKE

    0I have used Olson's match blades for some time and then I tried pegas blades and they cut streight lines just like the olson's. Then I tried FD blades and they were a little harder to cut streight but not enough to make any differencenothing that you couldn't live with. It may be that I have been doing this too long for any blade I try I have no problems with. I was talking with my wife and we ddetermined that I started dwith a Dremel saw which is very premitive saw. Thhat wass in about 1965 This has been my 6th scroll saw, The saws we use today are a dream to use. After all those years all you do is follow the lines This has been a great hobby I don't know how much longer this body will let contunion. I do sell some give most away, as long as I make enough to cover expences that's all that matters. I sell my puzzles for $10 ea and or=niments for $6 and don't do special orders By this time you are probably bord with my post so I will sign out IKE

    I am looking for a lamp shade. I have a couple patterns for lamps that I want to make but I need a lamp shade to fo with them. both lamps have a deer theam and a I want a shade to go with thm em, Not being a designer I am at a loss. if i found a pattern of some kind I could make it into a Deer design. Thanks in advance IKE
