  1. When I cut animal puzzles mostly Dogs I use a #5 on the ID cuts, #7 on the OD and for the letters I use a #3. But if I was just going to cut one I would use a #5 on ICD &OD and still use a #3 on the letters. IKE

  4. i HAD MY SAW INTO THE REPAIRSHOP LAST FALL AND RERESENTIVESFROM DEWALT WORKED ON IT. THEY WERE THIR BECAUSE OF MY COMPLAINT AND THEY DID THE REPAIRS AND TUNE UP FRE.BUT MY ARM WSA JUST TIGHT ENOUGH NOT TO FALL DOWN WHEN i RAISED IT. sO I HAVE BEEN USEING IT LIKE THAT WITH NO WAY TO KEEP IT UP OTHER THAN THE WAY THAT IT WAS RETURNED TO ME.IS THERE ANY HARM IN OPERATING MY SAW THIS WAY?   5. I use 5r Olson's on walnut and other hard woods . On dog puzzles I use #5r for the ID , #7 on the OD and a #3 r on the letters all Olson's blades. I am old school they have served me well and I don't care about trying other blades. IKE
  6. I never heard of a wood outlet doing that. It looks like you could tell by looking at the edge and seeing the glue marks. IKE
  7. I have 5 different blades #3.#4.#5,#7,#9, but useally only use 2 #3 & #5 I buy these by the gross. IKE

I used a scroll saw in shop classback in the late 50's and didn't go back to it untill the early 60's been doing it ever since Started out with an old saw( brand unknown) it used a pin type blades only thebn to a 16' Craaftmans for several years then to a 20" Craftman. Then to a Porter Cable which was the worse saw I ever had. Now i use a DW788. That is about 61 years and still learning . IKE

  15. Buy a 20 or 21' saw which will do almost all your cuttings . I have a 20' Dewalt and a 16" cheepie as a back up in case my dewalt needs repaired. IKE

  22. dTo make the vinigar to work you have to soak it for hours some times over night IKE
  23. The o;nlly time I would use jVinegar is when I glue with tight Bond Glue. That is the only way to loosen the glue on tight bone It just makes the glue plyable where you can separet But with that project is to make it oover again, IKE
