  1. I reapply dthe anti seize about every 3 months.
  2. I had that problem and then i applied anti seize to the screws, an I now tighten the blade with out any trouble, it seems that it only takes about 1/2 the strength. A tube cost $4-$5 a tube enough to last a life time at your hardware store. I don't know if the big box stores handle it.

  11. I have 2 Dewalt's I bought one new for $500 type 2 made in China have had a little problems with it covered under warente . The second I bought used for $150 it was refurbished type 1. I like the type 1 best It's easier to change blades and it runs smoother. The type 2 has a little vibrations at high speed which i very seldom use.I could cure that by using rubber under the mountings.
  12. Get a dust mask when cutting MDF It is a hazard to your lungs. I use a mask that you use for fiberglass.
  13. Went to church today and one of the women said she didn't get to go to the show and did I have any nativity scenes left , they were still packed in the van so I showed them she bought 6 more . I gave then to her for $20 ( $5 off each 0 so I had a total sales of $280.00 so that brought me up to almost last years sales. My total profits for the year wars $902.00 IT HAS HAS BEEN A GOOD YEAR FOR ME.
  14. I learne a long time ago that the cheap blades are not that cheap, because they don't cut as good ar last as long as a quality blade.such as FD or Olson blades..
  15. Just got back from the show and did a lot better than I thought. I didn't have but 5 small things sold 4 of them, but I did sell 7 lighted nativity scenes. My total was $160, last year i did $298 at this sale, so i am very pleased at this years sales So my next year expences are now made,.
