    i HAVE HAD THAT HAPPEN TO ME MANY TIMES It usually happens when I am using plywood and not stcking . so now I stack at least 2 pieces of 1/4 ply. and the blade doesn't seem to wander as muck and i use ally can doctor the project up

    I still use painters tape on a lot of my projects. Because I like to get my projects ready while watching TV I don't want to use spray glue in the house.. but if I am doing a Fretwork with a lot of small holes in;it I will use spray glue and take it off with paint thinner I am now working on a fretwork shelf and using the spray Glue and paint thinner system.

    Kevin if you can smell walnut it is getting into your lungs, that is the reason I bought a good mask ($32.00) It helps It's a lot of money but I feel that it is helping my breathing. think about it.

    That will make a beautiful scroll saw shop. lots of storage. looks like it has heating and air. I envies your new shop.

    those saw lessons lessons stick with you for a long time to come. I had to get rid of my saw and I bought one with guards with it and I promos not to throw them away again.

    Does any one know where I can fined this pattern? I made this shelf about 15 ti 29 years ago and in the meantime I have lost the pattern I have a customer who want's this shelf.

    I use 600 grit . I have used it for years. I got the idea in the machine shop we used it to polish parts that require a good finish it didn't change the finish much but it did look brighter, hey always said in the machine shop if you can't make ti right ;make it pretty

    I hve designed some but I am not very good at it. I enjoyed making my own pattern but I also enjoy doing other peoples patterns, most of mine are not very good,
