I USE painters tape (3m brand) Then i use glue sticks ( the kind that goes on blue and drys clear) This works good for me . It is a little time consuming on fret work but it does work no allergies.

Welcome to the village. as for your problem with blade breaking if you are using spiral blades I don't use them. I am like marge I hate them. so maybee some one else can help. we like pictures here IKE from Ohio USA

i MADE A SNAP N LOCK OUT OF MDF IT TOOK ABOUT 1/2 AND $2.75 FOR METRIC BOLT AND NEUS, i HAD THE NYLON BOLT WORKS GREAT.

The saw mill here shipped lumber to china to make flooring and shipped back =here shipped back here. most of the wood I receive is 3 to 4 ft long hard woods mostly Walnut Cherry Ash and maple The biggest problem is I have to let it air dry for about a year

I was thinking about u ordering click and lock advertised here but held off the $40 That buys a lot of wood. I saw the click and lock and made one o;ut of MDf which cost $2.75 for bolts and nuts. It works fine and if it wears out I will make another one in about 1/2 hour.

I too do not recommend using Steve Good device, It looks good but it is too easy to put too much pressure on the holding screw. I use anti sieze . I put it on my saw once every year unless it gets hard to tighten the blade.I found anti sieze in the machine shop in the 70's Kennametal use to send a tube with some inserts.

I know nothing about the minimax scroll saww.

It sounds like it is vibrating any saw that the whole upper arm moves there is more vibration than the other kind.. The Proxxon is supposed to be a silent running saw. so i would take it back to the dealer and see what they say. My mMy Dw 788 makes a little noise but it is in the table. On the work bench it is a lot quieter.

i HAVE HAD THAT PROBLEM WITH SAWS WITH A PLASTIC INSERT IN THE TABLE BUT NOT WITH THE dw788 WHICH HAS NO INSERT. MAYBE I AM LUCKY
