  3. Great works, Kevin!
  4. Nice job, and for me nothing heals faster than wanting to get back to the scroll saw. Is a woman "chief" called a "shief"?? Pretty good for an old man,,, I just made that up!
  5. Oh, NICE. Face with character, voice with character,,,,,,, great job!
  6. Ya, cow pies.... make pretty good frisbees in a pinch.....
  7. Look in your file under "Cow Paddy". Out here in the great north west we refer to them as cow paddies. Turds are a different shape of matter' Oh, man, how did a discussion on clocks get down to this level.....
  8. Just in case there is some confusion the pattern for this clock is on CherryTree site, not Berry Basket, and Berry Basket if really Scrollsaw.com
  9. @octoolguy, if you do buy this, why not try to find out the name of the builder. Be nice to know a little about him, he may have been a past member here.
  10. Here it is. Do not hesitate to order from this site. Pedro is a great person to deal with. You can get electronic PDF file or paper copy. Shipping of the paper plans is around $8. I have done it both ways. http://www.finescrollsaw.com/victorian-locomotive-shelf.htm By the way.... Welcome to the forum.
  11. Hello, Scott. Glad to have you join the Village. Nice cutting you have done there.
  12. I'm just going by what is said in the description at Cherry Tree. They have some neat looking clocks there. But after the one I am working on now, I don't know. Hard to clamp things at all the different angles some of these clock have. I have go to figure out some better clamps for making these things.
  13. It is 15"w x 22"h x 6" deep, so not real small, but should not weigh a whole lot.
  14. Guess for me it is just the pleasure of making things. I've always like building, and really have made no money from doing it. I guess my house, I have made from it,,,, 38 years of a comfortable place to live and it should be worth something. But, I like building, have not regrets other than I would feel good is someone wanted some of it. But no matter, the kids can clean it all out when I am in the big workshop in the sky. They will have a heck of a wiener roast I guess. Right now I am putting together the bell tower clock that is a real challenge for me to get it together. Once done, well there it will sit and I go on to the next project.
  15. Ya, the phone number did not work. I just replied through the craigslist reply.
  16. Great job. Kevin.
  17. Glad you have joined up. Very nice pieces you have posted. Anxious to see more.
  18. I'd rather make one.... But so far I have been good. I put the pattern in the cart,,,, then got off... I did not buy it. yet..
  19. Well I emailed the guy just to make sure it wasn't a mistake in pricing. He responded already this is his responce: "Hi Paul, Thanks for the note. This clock was made by our former neighbor several years ago who is desceased. He scrolled many pieces. The price and listing is here to have it go to someone who would love it and to be honest it’s been up for so long I forgot about it." I suggested he try some other venue to sale it. But if some one wanted to pick it up, they maybe able to turn a profit. He really just wants it to go to someone that would enjoy it.
  20. Very pretty! Great job.
  21. Nice job!!
  22. Where I live, be lucky to get that. Pretty clock. Wonder where the pattern came from.. Just found the patteren. $17.95 just for the pattern at Cherrytree. Called "The Calwell Clock".
  23. I think that was @kmmcrafts, I could be wrong
  24. Very nice, for sure. I will have to look up some of his patterns. Looks like there may be a couple in the Fall 2017 SSWC magazine. I may have that one...
  25. Peter, I really like the pieces you have done here. That first heart, not seen that pattern before... Great job on all of them.
