  1. Nice work.
  2. Well done!
  3. Great job. And I thought the moon in the background was a great touch, until Frank ruined it! How do you like the EX?
  4. Richard, that really looks great. So glad you completed one. I hope you do others. Very well done.
  5. Very nice job. I love the sculpture and want to do it with a scroll saw some day. Hope I do as well as you did.
  6. I read in the original post title "EX-21". I agree with Kevin, I would not go that high on a 16" and I agree the "Excalibur Limited Production Anniversary" does not increase value to me, but for a " pristine, hardly used one", 21" I may. The Ex is a fine saw. I'd want to run it first and check it out thoroughly at that price but if all is as it appears... it is a great saw and like knew ones are going to become hard to come by. Just my opinion not worth much, for sure.
  7. Very well done.
  8. Great projects, well done.
  9. Very, very nice job, Mike.
  10. I woke up one day and found I was sitting in front of a scroll saw..... I do no know how that happened! Not really, my story is pretty much the same a most. I have always love wood working of all types. Now I have migrated to the scroll saw... may change someday.
  11. Very well done. You and your wife are a great artistic team.
  12. Indeed! That is a great job!
  13. Very nice set. Well done. I could not find that pattern on Diana's site, maybe I missed it somehow or she doesn't sell it anymore.
  14. Ray, put a little mark on the edge of your rollers, next to the keeper with a Sharpie. Just a dot. That way you can see if they roll. Mine do about 1/4 turn. They roll the same all the time, i.e., they do not roll a complete revolution. I would assume that over time that area would flatten out. You can purchase those roller from Advanced Machinery. I believe it is part 372 for under $3 each. My saw came with an extra set so I'm sure they are a "wear out" part. Or try releasing the tension on them and rotate them a little manually so they are rolling on a different area. A good cleaning might help also.
  15. You certainly did a beautiful job with that.
  16. Wonderful work, Kevin.
  17. That is very beautiful Dave. Couple more things to finish up and I am going to try my hand/saw at inlay.
  18. Great team work. Looks super.
  19. Was a fun cut, right? Very well done and finished off nicely with the frame.
  20. Beautiful!
  21. I use a #70 bit and a Flying Dutchman 3/0 New Spiral blade. It makes a good kurf for veining but will feed through that small of a hole.
  22. They have to love that! Really nice!
  23. Very well cut and finished.
