  1. Okay Frank, I think you are just showing off now!! You cuttings just keep getting better and better.
  2. Really really well done! Those will go fast!
  3. Kevin, Kevin, Keven..... ever hear this quote? "Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me"
  4. Very well done projects.
  5. I really like it. Glad you decided to let us have a look. Don't be shy with you future projects.
  6. I guess I do not understand, did you make the whole box or just the bottom piece for each box? Nice boxes, but Buddha Monks survive off of gifts and money from their followers. Surely they can get some of their flock to donate some to you.
  7. Envy you guys. I'm one of those fishermen that buys a license every year but never goes Been so long since I have gone, I no longer know of the hundreds of rules nor were to go. Way back when I did fish the yearly fishing and hunting pamphlet was around 3 pages with all the hunting and fishing laws. Now there is a book size pamphlet for hunt and one for fishing. Also a additional card/fee for each species you want to catch.
  8. That is a great picture Kris!
  9. Well, maybe things are not clear, in fact they may be a little more fuzzy after some Gin, but do you really care as much now that you had it?? I'm thinking you are logged in or you could not post.
  10. Don't know why, it works for me. Only time I have to log in is if I log out.
  11. I like your jig. I glue up pieces like that quite often and use clamps. But the time I get the boards, clamps and the sticks to hold it together in place, I look like I had a wrestling match with a glue bottle. Seems like that jig would be a big help. I love jigs.....
  12. That really turned out nice. Love that you put it on that board. Great job.
  13. Not sure but is the tension lever in the back? The older ones you had to reach to the back to adjust the tension. Not sure how much of a problem that was/is. I live in the north west and there are usually several Hawks listed on Craigslist. They usually run between $400 to $650 or there about. So $600 may be about right depending on the shape it is in.
  14. Those are pretty darn neat!
  15. You did fine,,, calm down, relax, have a glass, and slowly check it out. It is a little different, but it is nice once you explore and get use to it. If you are logged in, your user name and avatar well show in the upper right of the screen. Not sure what icons you speak of but if it is the "Create", I'm not sure, the bell is where you see your notifications and the envelop is were your messages are. If you wonder how I can take this all so calmly, I just had a glass of wine and have been listening to relaxing music...... I'm in a zone..... Welcome back. I see I am so relaxed, Clayton typed faster than me. Okay it was two glasses of wine....
  16. Ha! Al, call me what you want, just don't call me late for dinner!!
  17. Denny that really looks nice. I cut some of those feathers, they were really fun, at least to me. Haven't put them on any thing yet. Never finished the project they were intended for.
  18. Glad you moved in. This is a great community. We are anxious to see some of your work.
  19. Certainly one of the better Elvis patterns I have seen. Nice work.
  20. Those are the original screws that hold the table top. they were long enough to use.
  21. I have a bit of scrap masonite. If I run out I will use hardboard.
  22. Great job and the choice of the different woods really sets it off.
  23. Really a beauty!
  24. You sure nail that one. Like many have said, that grill wold have certainly put beads of sweat on my forehead! Awesome job, Mr. Steady Hand!
  25. For future info for me, is the power supply something you can change out, kinda like the ballast in a Florescent light?
