    Nice work on both. For outside, I would finish it with a Spar varnish or one of the varnishes intended for marine use as in boat building.

    I just looked a Steve's site and it looked to me that stencil pattern is also Rapid Resizer. Least he mentioned it on his home page.

    First, WELCOME to the forum. You do beautiful work. The gear clock is one project I have wanted to try for eons but lack the confidence to attempt. Did you cut the gears on the bandsaw or scroll saw or do you have a CNC tool? I have some Volkner pattern that I will do this year.... no matter what.

    Thanks Travis. You d Man. I noticed (after reading your post here) my Ad blocker was turned back on for Scrollsaw Village. I had it disabled here before the crash. Those that us an Ad blocker may want to check it to ensure it didn't get turned back on for Scrollsaw Village.
