    Had to look at this again. I'm still pretty amazed by it.. I have the pattern and would love to try it. Not only is this a testament to Rodney's skills but also says a lot for the little Wen scroll saw I think he uses. I wonder if one of the devices that you can buy for the DeWalt, to hold the upper arm up could be adapted to the WEN or something simular easily made could be used.. Before I got an aftermarket device for the DeWalt I had, I had a special block of wood that I stuck under the arm when I wanted it to stay up.

    Dan, I do not have a clue. The only thing I know is I have a Mimi Mac. Maybe that has something to do with it.

    That is a great picture of him... You should cut another, send two to him and one to send back after he signed it...What a keepsake. I am not a concert kind of guy, but for Dad's weekend, when my son was in college, (a long time ago) one of the attractions was a Garth Brooks concert,, back when he was a at his popularity peak.. What a concert! He never stopped entertaining... even when his back up and band took their union break, he stay on stage and entertained... Why back when he hung on to a rope and swung way out over the audience.. I have to admit it was all pretty awesome... it was COOL, baby COOL! Back when he had "Friends in low Places"!

    That or those are great pictures! The easiest backer I have found is flat black poster board. Been using it for years with no problems.
