  1. Even I know who that is. I did not intensionally watch him but if he was on, I would find myself fascinated.

Beautiful seems to be the word of the day and I couldn't agree more. That is some very fine scrolling.
  3. Very well done! They look like they would be very challenging. You certainly were up to that challenge.
  4. Hope you have time to take lots of pictures and share!
  5. Just think, she will think of you every time she blows her nose!! Very nice box. Well done.
  6. Great job, Kevin.. but pace yourself, take care of yourself. You do not want to end up back in the hospital...
  7. That is what it is, didn't have the hands for it when I took the picture... having the pendulum working seems to drain the battery pretty fast..
  8. ooopppssss!! see, my hands did it again did not mean to save it twice.
  9. I've tried most of my life to carve... My hands do not produce what I am thinking they should! You are off to a great start.
  10. I could put of a few but you all have seen them before.. Two clocks, a pin box for my wife to put pins in and a little try she uses to put "stuff" in in she sewing room.
  11. Don't let them kid you, they have all done it or similar. Heck, just the other day I tried to put a blade in backwards...
  12. I have had both on excalibur, and The Pegas clamps are a nicer clamp, less mass and prettier.. But I agree they did not really change my saw's performance or mine... If I had the original clamp on an excalibur I would use then until something went bad. Then I would replace them with the pegas.. clamps. However there are others that feel much stronger about them. And I concede, they are a nicer clamp.
  13. I love gnomes.. The little fellows alway make me smile... Those are great! Maybe we should have a "show us your Gnomes" challenge.
  14. very nice scrolling!
  15. Just a wild guess,, made do to experience... You know the saying "been there, done that"1
  16. Does you saw work normal with your saw's on/off switch?
  17. Bruce, thanks for showing, I agree you do great work.. I have made several of the military plaques for family members/friends that served... They are always appreciated.. I also really like your fossil pieces.. Well, it all looks great!
  18. That is great and congratulations. I'd love to see pictures of some of the things you made.
  19. Ha, I looked at my picture again today.. I painted him with some Acrylic paint called "flesh". Looks like old Popeye got a good suntan!
  20. I'd stack cut all I could.. the wheel, the fence and the uprights,, Probable most the pieces of the seats also. This quite an undertaking. Keep us posted.
  21. Great job!
  22. I decided a day or two ago to try one of the color pictures. So I did this one.. I really enjoyed doing it. Kind of like making a puzzle. Cut everything out, paint the pieces and put it back together. The hardest part was waiting for the paint to dry...It was a lot of fun. Did not take long. Another reason I wanted to do it,, I went to the woodstore the other day, looking for wood to make a step stool... Decided to check out the price of BB. Last sheet of 1/8" cost me $18. Today it is $62! So I am making thing that I can use all the odd size pieces I have.. Any way, my first "scrap build". Lot of fun.
  23. Very well cut!
  24. Nice job, Glad you are able to get back to it.
